Agreement to these terms
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or signing up for text messages from Nate's Tree & Outdoor Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or opt in to messages.
Estimates and scheduling
Estimates are free and are based on the condition of the trees and property at the time of the visit. Prices quoted are good for 30 days. Scheduling depends on weather, crew availability, and emergency storm work, which takes priority.
The work we do
We're a licensed and insured tree service. We take reasonable care of your property, but some site disturbance (ruts, turf marks, minor landscape impact) can happen during heavy equipment work. Anything we're responsible for, we make right. Permits: where a city requires a permit for tree work, we'll tell you what's needed before we begin.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
SMS Program
Nate's Tree & Outdoor Services operates an SMS program to send estimate updates, scheduling and crew-arrival notifications, service reminders, and occasional promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to receive Nate's Tree and Outdoor Services notifications and alerts. By providing your number, you consent to receive automated informational and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to our number. Reply 'HELP' for assistance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
